What do you mean, "I can update my site content?" How does that work? What's a Content Manager?
Once you've purchased a SpiritSite, you will choose a username and password. Using this information, log into our SpiritSite Network, where you can access your Content Manager. The Content Manager has a user-friendly interface similar to Microsoft Word, which makes updating your SpiritSite content effortless. Your abilities can include editing class information, changing text color and font choices, uploading important forms, adding news articles, displaying photos, and much more!

Can my gym afford a SpiritSite?
Well, this is the time we could say something cheesy like, "You can't afford not to have one!" And, while our clients may agree with that, we'll simply say our introductory package for the cheer gyms is the Novice SpiritSite, which is under $200.00 and only $39.95/month. We promise, if you can find a better opportunity, we don't know of one!

How long will it take to build my SpiritSite?
Our most common response to this question is, "How fast can you get us your logo and pictures!" We continue to work on the refinement of our process so that we can get your web presence online FAST! Generally, within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your logo and pictures, your SpiritSite will be ready for your review!

If I get a SpiritSite, what else will I need? What other costs will there be?
SpiritSites is the complete package - period. You'll pay a one-time setup along with a monthly amount. And we take care of everything. We get you a new domain name (or transfer your existing one), renew it every year, build your site, and keep it online 24/7. There are no hidden or surprise costs. Your only future expenses, other than the monthly fee, will only be the additions you choose, such as FLASH motion graphics, new components, upgraded packages, etc.

With a SpiritSite purchase, what's included in my one-time setup fee?
Along with the SpiritSite components, hard disk space, and email accounts received with your choice, the setup fee also includes:
• SpiritSite Style design consultation and integration
• Domain name purchase
• DNS changes to pre-existing URL (move your domain name if you already have one)
• Setup all email accounts
• Setup statistics (statistics on traffic to your SpiritSite)

If I buy a smaller package, can I upgrade?

What is a "component"?
This is the term we use to name each ability or area of a SpiritSite. For example, the "Forms component" is a section that allows you to upload and label forms to be displayed on your SpiritSite.
